Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Since our services are prepaid, once activated NO temporary or permanent disconnection of package is allowed.

If the existing customer with active subscription is relocating to other location where TELNET service is not available only then permanent disconnection is allowed and refund of balance renewal(s) total amount excluding the FREE renewal(s) is paid back through online mode to the Customer Bank Account in 7 working Days ( NO CASH Refunds are done) after collecting back the Network Equipment provided at the time of activation. If the customer is not willing to return the Network Equipment OR the Network Equipment is Damaged OR Not in Working Condition, then NO REFUND is provided.
